Throughout Dr. Keck's career, he has provided psychological services continuously since 1985, and has been based in Central Florida since 1987. Since the beginning, he has worked to advance the profession of Psychology and to educate the public about the many aspects of psychological health, and of course, to help those who come to his office to better their lives. Dr. Keck has presented scholarly works and programs on applied psychological theories and methods, including varieties of traumatic stress to professionals at local, state and national levels, including meetings of the American Psychological Association (APA), Florida Psychological Association (FPA), Colorado Psychological Association, and Southeastern Psychological Association. He has also provided numerous community education lectures for the public. As a Counseling Psychologist, Dr. Keck has always been oriented toward Positive Psychology, long before it had a name, and is also mindful of spiritual issues in psychological health. Here are a few significant milestones:
We present a respectful, collaborative, and integrative approach to mental health care. We recognize all facets of the mind, body, and spirit affect the others and are critical aspects of our overall well-being.
Psychological Testing: Available to assist with treatment planning for certain problems, and for career development.
Telehealth: For your convenience, some of our services are available via teleconference and secure messaging.
We do not provide medical services, or perform evaluations for learning disabilities, neuropsychological matters, or forensic purposes (such as child custody). Neither do we work with clients who are not motivated to improve their condition. Our typical guideline is that each client has a goal, and wants help working toward it.
